PRICING for short Holiday/Business Rentals

Prices are per apartment, 4 persons for short business stay / 2 persons for long term stay (extra 5 EUR per night per person above 2 persons),

and Include: Utility bills, Taxes, Bed linen and towels, free Wireless Internet access, NO extra for final cleaning (conditions apply)

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2016 - minimum charge 7 nights, 139 EUR per night

APARTMENT - Sleeps up to 4 +1*

Short Term - from 3 Nights - up to 4 weeks (for business purposes only):

Above prices are per apartment, in EUR per night/month, maximum 4 persons, and include all costs. There are NO extra charges for final cleaning.

*EUR 17 - extra person per night, on single folding bed (195 EUR per month)

EUR 2.50 - per pet, per night

PAYMENT:

1. In Euros, via Bank Transfer to bank Account in Germany;

2. In Sterling/GBP, via Bank Transfer - UK/International guests

3. Paypal - international transfers

Please note: any fees incurred for transactions will be advised and passed on to the customer (i.e PayPal fees etc)

Bank transfers within EU, EUR to EUR, GBP to GBP accounts are free.

You can pay a full ammount in advance or any part of it - a minimum 20% deposit is required to make a reservation (20% deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation; travel insurance always advised)

Late arrival (after 23.00) and arrival on Sunday - only by special arrangement and may be subject to supplement.

Pets - some pets are allowed by prior agreement, Supplements may apply.

Security/damage deposit - 200 EUR - refundable in full after stay.
